Afrodisiac

"As an African, I naturally have been mostly inspired by African aphrodisiacs, plants that grow in my vicinity. Often their mere physical appearance is ecstatic, the colours and symmetry of the plants betraying an ancient secret.
Why do certain plants have an aphrodisiac affect? Why do these plants WANT to make us feel aroused and without boundaries? I want to return the favour. This album is a dedication to these noble and mischievous plants. An attempt to speak a language that they might understand.
To keep the party that they started millions of years ago alive!
While under the influence of various aphrodisiacs, I could faintly hear a music.
The song of the alkaloids of eros?
This album is a faithful reproduction of that music as I remember it."
